Access Journals via the Books & Publications dropdown of the menu bar.
The list includes not only all Wolters Kluwer journals on arbitration and mediation, but also a curated selection licensed from publishers such as Cambridge University Press, Oxford University Press, and Verlag C.H. BECK oHG.
By default, Journals are displayed in alphabetical order by title. However, you can choose the Sort by option to arrange them by Date.
Search by title or name provides type ahead suggestions allowing you to quickly select a publication.
Alternatively, narrow the list using the Search Filters in the left pane. For example, by searching for "born" and selecting "Born, Gary B." from the Author filter, you will only see publications to which Gary B. Born has contributed.
Additional Search Filters include Jurisdiction, Publication Title, Organization, Time Period, and more.
Publication Information and Table of Contents
Click the publication title to view bibliographic publication information, bullet points highlighting the aim of the publication, the intended audience, and the features and benefits.
From this page you can Start reading the first document in the latest issue of the publication.
Save the title to retrieve later by clicking the star icon to add it to your favorites.
On the left you will see the Table of contents. Expand a volume to access additional information including the publication name and author(s).
