- Home is a global function that returns you the home page.
- Use Books & Publications to view available books and journals, or to see recently added Kluwer Arbitration publications.
- Our Tools opens an alphabetical list of the tools available on Kluwer Arbitration. Note: Available tools depend on your subscription – some practical tools are only available to Kluwer Arbitration Practice Plus subscribers.
- ICCA Publications contains content provided by our long-standing partner - the International Council for Commercial Arbitration – one of the most important sources of knowledge and information in the field of commercial arbitration, and includes the ICCA Awards Series, the ICCA Handbook, the ICCA Yearbook Series and more.
- AI Hub provides access to our collection of key sources that guide, apply or govern AI-related issues in arbitration.
- Our Partners lists companies that contribute to Kluwer Arbitration, either by providing arbitral awards, licensed publications or by supporting our initiatives in the field of arbitration.
- Below the menu bar is the Search bar containing pre-search filter options, the text field, and the Search button. To learn more, see Search Basics.
- Next, is our menu of tools. The Overview tab provides quick access to Cases & Awards, our full list of Practical & Specialist Tools, and links to Profile Navigator and Relationship Indicator.
- Our tools displays the full (scrollable) list of tools depending upon subscription access. Note: These tools are the same as those accessible from the menu bar.
- Stay up to date provides links to the latest publications on our powerful discussion platforms – Arbitration Blog and Mediation Blog, as well as to the latest case provided by our partner, Institute for Transnational Arbitration, via their ITA Report.
