From the Kluwer Arbitration Home page, access the cases and awards database by selecting it from the Our Tools drop-down menu or by clicking the See all cases and awards link within the Cases & Awards container shown below.
Simply type a keyword in the search bar to search across our database of arbitral cases and awards.
The filters have been curated for award searches and allow you to refine results by a specific arbitrator, sector, seat of arbitration, and more.
Each document includes Details such as the status of the proceeding and who initiated it, followed by a representative table and the document text (where available).
The number of awards that cited this case is at the top. Click the link to explore those awards. Note: This feature is only accessible if you have a full subscription to Kluwer Arbitration.
In the left pane, use the search bar (or Ctrl+F) to search within the document text and to navigate the case page and all proceedings associated with the case. Proceedings are in date order for an easy review of the case audit trail.
The print option allows you to choose one or more sections or just the document text. Click Copy the reference to copy the citation to your clipboard.
